Lone Surfer at Noosa

Another weekend, another walk and picnic.
This time we went to Noosa, the most beautiful beach on the Sunshine Coast.
And this surfer may look all alone in the picture, but there must have been a hundred out there, waiting for a wave.

  3. Gorgeous shot Thea. I LOVE the sunshine coast beaches. Coolum or Maroochydore would have to be my faves. I sometimes wish I could surf, it looks like so much fun and so peaceful xo

    1. When you're out here it's hard to believe it's cold somewhere else in the world!

  5. I'm a diver, the first rule of diving (and surfing) is to always go with another person...always! Not for some mundane reason..no! it's to save your life no less. The odds of being eaten by a shark when surfing with one buddy....50% Surfing by oneself...100%
As always this is a great shot, great foreground.

    1. I don't know why anyone would go out alone. There were heaps of surfers around this one, I just happened to snap him by himself. :)

    1. It does look calm in the picture. But there were waves, and heaps of surfers out that day. More coming up... :)
