I took this one yesterday at Pelican Waters but I'm a bit in love with it so I had to post it today.

A Grey, Wet & Windy Winter's Day at Caloundra
To be honest, this is my favourite kind of weather!
I do not like to be out in the sun.
But I love a cool, grey, windy day by the water.

Seagull
We had the most lovely day at Noosaville yesterday.
It wasn't quite the beach.
It was the Noosa River.
But the kids could play in the sand and the water.
We could sit in the shade.
It was a glorious day.
And on the hour drive down I said to my husband,
"What I really want is to capture a bird in flight.
I'm dying to photograph a bird in flight!"
So I squealed when I caught this.
My husband looked at me questioningly.
I showed him the camera. He thought it was blurred.
I couldn't tell, I didn't have me glasses with me.
And it is...
But I'm still pretty excited about it.
However, I am still on the hunt for the elusive perfect picture of a bird in flight!
